Pay A Bill On Behalf of Someone Else
If you are making a payment on behalf of another person, please ensure that the information you enter matches the patient’s information (i.e. Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and Telephone Number) and valid identification (i.e. Passport, Driver’s License, Social Security ID, National ID or Voter’s Registration Card) used during registration.
