1. What extra measures has Jahmale put in place to protect me from being exposed to COVID-19 while at their facility?
A. All staff, patients, and visitors are screened before entering our clinic and diagnostic buildings. Anyone with a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-19, should talk with one of our nurses before coming in for an appointment, so we may be able to appropriately respond to the care you require. Contact our Nurses at 0881603000 or 0776603000 ext. 145 for assistance.

2. Do I need an appointment or can I just walk in?
A. While appointments are not required for General Practitioners, to see a specialist we advise you schedule an appointment. Scheduling an appointment guarantees a shorter wait time to see the doctor.

3. Do I need an appointment for diagnostic (lab and imaging) testing/scans?
A. No, appointments are not required but they are encouraged to ensure a shorter wait time while at Jahmale.

4. If I want to do a lab or imaging scan can I just come or does my doctor have to refer me?
A. In order for us to perform any lab test or imaging scan a doctor must refer you. If you have a doctor, we advise that you share your concerns and they will refer you to Jahmale to perform the tests or scans they deem necessary. If you do not have a doctor, our clinic has General Practitioners on site daily as well as specialist doctors. See our Doctor schedule for more information. Schedule an appointment now.

5. How will I receive my results?
A. All diagnostic results will be sent to the doctor who referred you to Jahmale.

A. Despite the appearance of the building, Jahmale is actually quite affordable and comparable to other local facilities. Our patients are the people, so affordability will always be one of our focuses. We are here to provide quality and reliability in the service we give and the results we provide. So while the culture is to put a high price tag on quality and reliability to us, its standard.

7. Does Jahmale accept insurance?
A. Yes, we accept insurance. We advise that you contact your insurance company to verify your co-pay, deductible, and coverage amount prior to arrival. For more information, view our Insurance page.

8. How do I know if my insurance company will cover my visit of certain services?
A. Coverage varies with each insurance company. Please refer to your insurance member handbook or call your insurance company with questions regarding benefits and covered services. Clinic staff members do not know whether a service will be covered. Your insurance plan may not always cover medically necessary and appropriate services.

9. When do I pay my co-pay?
